Parties

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between users ('Customer') of the airport transfer and tour services ('Service') offered via istanbulairportrides.com and Çerkezköy Travel Turizm Seyahat Acentesi (Istanbul Airport Rides / Vibu Transfer, Çerkezköy Tax Office, Gazi Osman Paşa Mah. Atatürk Cad. Er-Toprak İş Merkezi No: 57 İç Kapı No: 309, Çerkezköy / Tekirdağ, Türkiye).

Description of Service

The Service covers online booking of private airport-to-hotel/address transfers and tours, driver matching, and related customer communication. Prices are calculated at booking time from the current rate card, are VAT-inclusive, and are confirmed to the customer with the booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once the required details are submitted and payment is completed (credit card, bank transfer, or another method offered on the site). Flight delays or early arrivals are tracked via our driver notification system; reasonable delays do not incur extra charges.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made a reasonable time before the pickup are free of charge; late cancellations and no-shows may not be refunded. Current cancellation terms are stated in the booking confirmation email. Refund requests are reviewed via info@istanbulairportrides.com.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is performed as agreed except for force majeure events (weather, road closures, official decisions, etc.). Istanbul Airport Rides is not liable for delays or disruptions arising from force majeure; in such cases the customer is notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative solution.

Intellectual Property

All brand, logo, text and visual content on the site belongs to Istanbul Airport Rides and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Çerkezköy (Tekirdağ) Courts and Enforcement Offices; for consumer transactions, the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts also have jurisdiction.

These terms may be updated as the scope of the service changes; the current version is always published on this page.
