Personal Data Deletion Instructions
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
Under KVKK Art. 7 and applicable law, you have the right to request deletion of the personal data we process about you. Send your request to info@istanbulairportrides.com, including your booking reference number (if any) and information to verify your identity.
Process
Your request is reviewed and resolved within 30 days at the latest, after identity verification. You'll receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
Exceptions
Invoice and accounting records must be retained for 5 years under Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK) and are excluded from deletion requests until that period ends, at which point they are destroyed per applicable regulations. If you have an ongoing or upcoming booking, your deletion request may not be processed until the service is completed.
